Having completed our test shoot, the production schedule was very beneficial to us. It allowed us to have a clear understanding of how our shoot should proceed and the time limitations we faced in regards to editing our footage before the next shoot.

Research and Planning 14: Our Production Schedule
Now that we have collected the resources we will need for our test shoot, we will make a formal agreement on our decisions between ourselves and our teachers through a production schedule. The production schedule outlines the location of our shoot, the expected start and finish times of our shoot. It is important that we consolidate on our agreement, but it is equally important that our teachers are aware of these arrangements in the event that a problem arises.
The members of my group and our teachers have all added our signature to the production schedule to show that we have acknowledged and agreed to the arrangements made on our production schedule.
